We acquire cash flowing value-add multifamily apartments in stable but emerging markets primarily located in the Southeastern United States. We partner with seasoned apartment syndication teams and leverage their knowledge and experience to increase returns and decrease risk for our investors. Our goal is to build a community of well educated passive investors who understand and appreciate the value of multifamily real estate investments, but may not have the time, resources, or experience to pursue an active investing role.
Collin Placke- Managing Member
Collin is currently a General Partner and owner of over 2000 doors across Texas, Tennessee, Florida, Arkansas, and Alabama. He holds a bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and has 10+ years industry experience in various operational and financial roles. Although still actively employed in the oil and gas industry, he was drawn to the stability and cash flow of real estate investments after a decade of cyclical ups and downs in the "boom or bust" oil business. He quickly developed a passion for educating others on the benefits of multifamily investing, helping them achieve their goals of wealth generation and passive income.
